The National Program
The Queens of the World National Program offers women across each country equal opportunities to participate, grow, and create meaningful change in their communities. The national program fosters personal and professional growth through mentorship, training, and support, helping women build confidence, leadership skills, and a strong sense of identity. A National Queen earns a distinguished and meaningful title that goes far beyond recognition. She becomes an ambassador for her country, embodying its heritage, values, and aspirations. With support from the program, she pursues impactful goals in education, culture, leadership, and community development. Each Queen becomes a positive role model, inspiring present and future generations—both within their nation and on the global stage.

The International Program
Each year, National Queens complete their training and carry out social, cultural, or community-based projects that demonstrate vision, commitment, and leadership. These Queens are then brought together through the international platform, where they receive advanced mentorship and present the real-world impact of their work. From among these exceptional women, one is selected as Queen of the World—the highest honor within the program. This title represents global leadership, excellence, and a proven dedication to positive change.

The Program Purposes
The Queens of the World program empowers young women to grow as confident, knowledgeable, and responsible leaders. Participants develop themselves while gaining the skills to inspire and positively impact their communities and beyond. The program emphasizes five core areas:

• Education, Personal and Social Empowerment – Building confidence, emotional resilience, and self-awareness, and encouraging participants to share these lessons with others.
• Ethics, Peace Studies, and Global Citizenship – Promoting understanding of values, conflict resolution, and global responsibility.
• Creativity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship – Cultivating creative thinking, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial skills to drive local and national change.
• Environmental Science and Sustainability – Developing knowledge of environmental challenges and motivating participants to lead initiatives benefiting their communities.
• Leadership and Social Responsibility – Fostering leadership, integrity, and social awareness to prepare the next generation of global leaders.

National Directors
National Directors are key leaders within the Queens of the World organization. They serve as the official representatives of the program within their countries, safeguarding its mission, values, and long-term vision at a national level. A National Director leads the national selection process, mentors and guides candidates, develops cultural and social initiatives, and strengthens the program’s visibility and credibility within their nation. Through strong leadership and strategic direction, National Directors shape how Queens of the World grows, connects, and creates impact locally and regionally. While maintaining global unity, National Directors ensure that the program remains culturally respectful and inclusive—allowing each nation to express its unique identity within the program framework.
