Iran’s First Multi-Pageant Representative

Bahareh Heidari, also known as Bahareh Heidari Naserabad, was born in 1990 in Tehran and emerged as one of the pioneering figures representing Iran in international beauty pageants. She was among the Top 10 finalists of the Miss Iran 2013 competition. Following the decision of Mandana Yavar not to continue to international competitions, Bahareh was selected to represent Iran on the global stage. Having moved to Norway at the age of 14, she overcame significant personal challenges and built a life shaped by resilience, education, and cultural adaptability. At the time, she was a student of economics, with plans to pursue law, reflecting her strong interest in justice and human rights.

Bahareh’s interests reflect both intellectual depth and an active lifestyle. She is deeply engaged in reading, particularly in the fields of psychology, human rights, sociology, anthropology, and history. Alongside her academic interests, she maintains a strong passion for sports and dance, which she practices regularly. She also enjoys traveling, meeting new people, and exploring diverse cultures—experiences that have broadened her global perspective. Linguistically, she is highly accomplished, speaking Persian, Turkish, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, and English, while also understanding Kurdish and Arabic.

Her primary goal in participating in Iranian beauty pageants was to advocate for women’s rights and challenge widespread misconceptions about Iran. Having experienced social limitations during her early years in Iran, she developed a deep commitment to empowering women and raising awareness about their rights. She aimed to present a different image of Iran to the world—one rooted in its rich history, culture, and contributions to human civilization—while emphasizing the importance of freedom and equality as fundamental human rights.

During her participation in international pageants in 2013, Bahareh used her platform to communicate a clear message centered on women’s empowerment and social awareness. She actively engaged in cultural exchange, representing Iranian identity with confidence while highlighting important social issues. Her presence brought attention to the potential of Iranian women on the global stage and underscored the importance of education, independence, and self-belief.

Beyond Miss Grand Iran 2013, Bahareh Heidari made history as one of the first Iranian women to represent Iran across multiple international pageants, including Miss Grand International 2013, Miss Top of the World 2013, and Miss Intercontinental 2014. Her participation marked a significant milestone in expanding Iran’s presence in global pageantry and paved the way for future Iranian contestants.

A few years later, Bahareh married Per Sandberg, a prominent Norwegian government minister. The couple’s travels to Iran attracted significant international media attention and were widely covered by global news outlets and television networks, further placing her in the international spotlight.

نخستین نماینده چندگانه زیبایی ایران

بهاره حیدری در سال ۱۳۶۹ در تهران متولد شد و به‌عنوان یکی از چهره‌های پیشگام در نمایندگی ایران در مسابقات بین‌المللی زیبایی شناخته می‌شود. او در میان ده نفر برتر رقابت دوشیزه ایران ۱۳۹۲ قرار داشت. پس از آنکه ماندانا یاور از ادامه حضور در رقابت‌های بین‌المللی انصراف داد، بهاره برای نمایندگی ایران در صحنه جهانی انتخاب شد. او در سن ۱۴ سالگی به نروژ مهاجرت کرد و با غلبه بر چالش‌های شخصی، زندگی خود را بر پایه پشتکار، تحصیل و سازگاری فرهنگی بنا نهاد. در آن زمان، دانشجوی رشته اقتصاد بود و قصد داشت تحصیلات خود را در رشته حقوق ادامه دهد که نشان‌دهنده علاقه عمیق او به عدالت و حقوق بشر است.

علایق بهاره بیانگر عمق فکری و سبک زندگی فعال اوست. او به‌طور جدی به مطالعه علاقه‌مند است، به‌ویژه در حوزه‌های روان‌شناسی، حقوق بشر، جامعه‌شناسی، انسان‌شناسی و تاریخ. در کنار فعالیت‌های علمی، علاقه زیادی به ورزش و رقص دارد و به‌صورت منظم به آن‌ها می‌پردازد. همچنین به سفر، آشنایی با افراد جدید و کشف فرهنگ‌های گوناگون علاقه‌مند است؛ تجربیاتی که دیدگاه جهانی او را گسترش داده‌اند. از نظر زبانی نیز توانمند است و به زبان‌های فارسی، ترکی، نروژی، دانمارکی، سوئدی و انگلیسی صحبت می‌کند و با زبان‌های کردی و عربی نیز آشنایی دارد.

هدف اصلی او از حضور در مسابقات زیبایی ایرانی، حمایت از حقوق زنان و به چالش کشیدن برداشت‌های نادرست رایج درباره ایران بود. با توجه به محدودیت‌هایی که در سال‌های ابتدایی زندگی خود در ایران تجربه کرده بود، تعهد عمیقی به توانمندسازی زنان و افزایش آگاهی نسبت به حقوق آنان پیدا کرد. او تلاش داشت تصویری متفاوت از ایران به جهان ارائه دهد؛ تصویری مبتنی بر تاریخ غنی، فرهنگ عمیق و نقش ایران در شکل‌گیری تمدن انسانی، همراه با تأکید بر اهمیت آزادی و برابری به‌عنوان حقوق بنیادین بشر.

در جریان حضور خود در مسابقات بین‌المللی در سال ۱۳۹۲، بهاره از جایگاه خود برای انتقال پیامی روشن در زمینه توانمندسازی زنان و آگاهی اجتماعی استفاده کرد. او به‌طور فعال در تبادل فرهنگی مشارکت داشت و با اعتمادبه‌نفس هویت ایرانی خود را نمایندگی کرد، در حالی‌که به مسائل اجتماعی مهم نیز می‌پرداخت. حضور او توجه‌ها را به توانمندی زنان ایرانی در عرصه جهانی جلب کرد و اهمیت آموزش، استقلال و باور به خود را برجسته ساخت.

فراتر از عنوان دوشیزه بزرگ ایران ۱۳۹۲، بهاره حیدری به‌عنوان یکی از نخستین زنان ایرانی که در چندین مسابقه بین‌المللی حضور یافت، تاریخ‌ساز شد؛ از جمله رقابت‌های دوشیزه بزرگ بین‌الملل ۱۳۹۲، برترین زن جهان ۱۳۹۲ و دوشیزه بین‌قاره‌ای ۱۳۹۳. حضور او نقطه عطفی در گسترش حضور ایران در عرصه جهانی این رقابت‌ها بود و راه را برای شرکت‌کنندگان آینده هموار کرد.

چند سال بعد، بهاره با پر سندبرگ، یکی از وزیران برجسته دولت نروژ، ازدواج کرد. سفر مشترک آن‌ها به ایران بازتاب گسترده‌ای در رسانه‌های بین‌المللی داشت و توسط شبکه‌های خبری و تلویزیونی جهان پوشش داده شد و بیش از پیش او را در کانون توجهات بین‌المللی قرار داد.
