The Miss Iran Awards USA 2023 was held on 21 October 2023 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Santa Clara, California, and was organized by Payam Javan Magazine, a media outlet serving the Iranian American community.

The event marked one of the revived editions of the Miss Iran platform in the diaspora, with a strong focus on talent, stage performance, and cultural presentation. Around 15 contestants participated in multiple live stage segments, including catwalk performances, dance routines, and talent showcases performed to music.

The judging panel consisted of three Iranian music artists: Sepideh, Tahmineh, and Adel, who evaluated contestants based on talent, confidence, stage presence, and overall performance. The evening also included a live concert segment featuring Sepideh and the band 25 Band, adding a strong entertainment dimension to the program.

At the conclusion of the competition, Ms. Mahsa Mohiti Asli was crowned Miss Iran USA 2023 after advancing through all stages and receiving the highest overall evaluation from the judges. The event combined performance art and cultural celebration, reflecting the evolving format of Iranian diaspora pageants in the United States.
