The Miss Iran 2022 competition marked the tenth anniversary of the modern pageant. Similar to the previous nine years, the competition continued to be conducted through digital platforms. The top 10 finalists were announced through the official Miss Iran website and social media channels, where their profiles and photographs were published. Following the evaluation process, the judging panel selected Sanaz Kazemi to receive the title of Mrs Iran 2022. However, her participation in Miss Iran 2022 was based on the national selection process only, and she did not take part in any international pageant following her win.

Sanaz Kazemi is a 38-year-old physician born in Tehran and currently based in Istanbul. She works as a general practitioner and has built her life around both medical practice and a wide range of personal interests, including study, healing, spirituality, modeling, fitness, horseback riding, and spending time in nature. From an early age, she developed a strong bond with animals and grew up alongside dogs. While living in Iran, she was actively involved in caring for and feeding street animals, an experience that deeply shaped her sense of compassion and responsibility.
